As Venus, Mercury, Saturn, Rahu and the Sun spend the first two weeks of the month in Pisces, it’s an extraordinary time where the Piscean energy of the sky is dominant. From the middle of the month on the 13th, the Sun enters Aries, beginning with Ashwini nakshatra which will bring a gust of acceleration and levity to everything. Meanwhile the Full Moon on the 12th/13th is in Virgo in the vedic system, in Chitra nakshatra, a bright constellation that will help you finesse the details on a project and focus on your craft. Pisces is a sign of depth and intimacy, while Virgo is a sign of detail, so this can be a great time for researchers, concentrating solo on personal projects or staying extremely devoted to your chosen goal this month. Emotionally, it’s a month of transformation, of needing to have conversations that clear the air. It’s important to take your time and go slowly in April, especially until the Full Moon, as Mercury and Venus are still both retrograde and it’s a time of internal processing rather than extroverted engagement with others.

Key dates for the upcoming month…
April 3rd - Mars enters Cancer (Pushya Nakshatra) You will receive horoscopes for this nourishing, emotional time which lasts until June 7th. It’s a long transit, so i want you to know (based on your rising sign) what life area Mars in Cancer will be impacting for you. This is the life area where the skies want you to love, courage and determined focus into until early June. Mars entering Cancer emphasizes the emotional, sensitive quality to the first two weeks of April, as it will add to the other planets (Venus, Mercury, Saturn, Rahu) who are all in Pisces.
April 7th - Mercury stations direct in Pisces. Get ready for conversations that clear the air, a renewed feeling of lightness as well as some acceleration. It’s still a transformative time which you’ll learn about in the audio reading, since Venus and Mercury travel together until April 11th in Purva Bhadrapada which is a transformative time of purging and honesty.
April 5th - 10th: Venus conjunct Saturn. Time to get organised, and place necessary boundaries if your life calls for them. A productive time.
April 13th - Full Moon in Virgo (Chitra) This Full Moon happens the same day Venus stations direct. This also signals the end of eclipse season which will be a relief for many. I can’t wait to share more about this special Nakshatra where we have an opportunity to chisel something into perfection.
April 13th - Venus stations direct in Pisces. Until May 31st we still have Venus finding her way back the same path she came down in February. Expect female friendships to express themselves through honest conversations or for themes of pleasure, beauty and fashion show up in your life in mysterious and unexpected ways.
April 14th - Sun enters Aries - Ashwini Nakshatra. The Sun is strong and exalted when in Aries so the following month after this date is an excellent time to invest in new projects and feel the support of Mars in Gemini. Once the Sun leaves Pisces and now that Venus is direct, you should generally have more energy and confidence.

April 27th - New Moon in Aries (Bharani) - This moon cycle will signal the beginning and the end of something deep. Bharani is a nakshatra ruled by Yama (god of death) but symbolised by the Yoni. The month of May is for you to birth something powerful. Stay tuned for your New Moon horoscopes.
